1. School Children and youth tutoring and mentoring. We run this program every weekend throughout the year. This project is one of the successful projects FOCAS has ever run.

2.Seniors Engagement and Wellness Project: this project is currently running for one year with 20 seniors .

3. Sponsorship and resettlement program. AS SAH, FOCAS has been sponsoring refugees from all over the world for the last one year. But currently, the project is highly impact by the pandemic and we kindly request our communities to understand this reality.

4. Youth and women empowerment through community services, sport and culture activities

5. Supporting Black Canadian Communities Initiative (SBCCI) . The project was created by the Federal government through Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) to help increase the capacity of grassroots not-for-profit Organizations serving Black communities in Canada. the project will run for the next one year.

6. Canada Summer Job/ Youth Employment. FOCAS is hiring five students for the positions such as early child education, administrative assistant, youth engagement worker and youth sport worker for the next 8 weeks. Food Hamper program: after completing the Government of Canada Support for COVID-19 affected population, FOCAS continued serving vulnerable community members with food hamper by partnering with Edmonton Food Bank.

8. OST 2022. This project is funded by the REACH Edmonton and its partners and will run for the summer of 2022 .
