Volunteers are the foundational elements and integral part of FOCAS services. They often help keep our doors open and enable us to deliver vital programs and services. They lend their expertise on the board of directors, to fundraising campaigns and special events, and often work in direct customer service roles.
Only in the last 6 months of helping COVID-19 impacted vulnerable people; more than 70 individuals have participated and 850 hours were spent on this project. We have more than 15 regular volunteers who are participating in tutoring and mentoring, fund raising and even coordination, who contributed 2892 hours in 2019.
